A Weekend
Residence Course ...
...allows you to take extra time for deeper rest and
clearer experiences of Transcendental Consciousness under the guidance
of an experienced teacher of the Transcendental Meditation program. The
relaxing routine includes extended practice of the Transcendental
Meditation technique, group discussions about experiences in meditation
and activity, videotapes lectures by Maharishi on higher states of
consciousness, specially prepared meals and a chance to meet other
meditators from our region.
The course routine provides a profound rest for body
and mind, which supports the release of accumulated stress and tension.
Many meditators take time for a Residence Course every few months,
claim that just one weekend of deep rest feels like they have recharged

We will be offering 3-4 Residence Courses and World Peace Assemblies a
year in the Phoenix-Metro area. Please check our site for upcoming
dates.
According to Sthapatya Ved...
With Maharishi putting so much emphasis on living
and working in buildings that face either east or north and are built
in accord with the laws of Sthapatya Ved, we are holding our
Residence Courses and WPAs in a facility that faces in the approved
directions and our course participants will only be housed in
rooms that either face east or north.
COURSE FEE: (to be listed as per individual course) The course
fee includes room, board and tuition.
