| The mechanics and origins of the Transcendental
Meditation® technique.

Open to everyone who has completed the Introductory lecture. Schedule: |

| Following the Preparatory lecture, those who wish to enroll in the course of instruction may complete a course enrollment form and meet with a qualified teacher for a Personal interview (requires approximately 10 minutes). At this time, an appointment is made for Personal instruction. |
| Learning the Transcendental Meditation technique. 2 hours. Generally scheduled on the first Saturday of each month (by appointment). |
| Verifying the correctness of the practice and further instruction. 2 hours. Always scheduled for the day following Step 4 (generally Sunday at 10:00 a.m.). |
| Understanding the mechanics of the TM technique from personal experiences. 2 hours. Always scheduled for the day following Step 5 (generally Monday at 8:00 p.m.). |
| Understanding the mechanics of the development of higher states of consciousness. 2 hours. Always scheduled for the day following Step 6 (generally Tuesday at 8:00 p.m.). |
