FINANCIAL AID for TM Technique Course Tuition - Open to all Adults, College Students and High School Students   Maharishi University of Management (MUM) in Fairfield, Iowa is pleased to announce a course for the general public that includes instruction in the Transcendental Meditation program. The course can be taken at any U.S. Peace Palace or Maharishi Enlightenment Center.   Our Phoenix Maharishi Enlightenment Center will jointly sponsor the course with MUM. Most course participants are eligible for financial aid from MUM in the form of long-term, low-interest CitiAssist educational loans, that fully cover the tuition of $2,500 - even if they are not currently enrolled in any college. Participants will be able to start at any time. The course is open to all adults, college students and high school students. Course participants will be "special students" in this credit bearing, non-degree course.   TO APPLY:  CitiAssist requires course participants receiving financial aid to be enrolled with MUM. The course descriptions and admission form are located online at http://mum.edu/tmcourse - this web page also includes instructions on applying for CitiAssist. Course participants may either submit MUM's admissions form online, or complete a printed version that can be faxed to MUM's Registrar. The applicant does not need to hear back from the MUM before applying for CitiAssist.   TUITION:  When CitiAssist approves the loan, they will ask MUM to certify that the course participant is accepted and about to enroll. MUM will normally receive tuition payment within 1-2 weeks after the course participant first submits the online loan application. Course participants will not receive Personal Instruction in the Transcendental Meditation technique until after MUM receives the tuition from CitiAssist.       Updated 2005-12
